Who, what, where, when?

Iron Wheel is a European World of Warcraft role-playing guild, based on the Ravenholdt server. We're one of the server's largest role-play dedicated guilds with more than 50 separate accounts (hey, Ravenholdt is a small place!) and we've been continually active since we were formed in April of 2006, making us also one of the oldest guilds on the realm. Still going strong after more than two years in action!

So... what's the real story?

Iron Wheel started life as a mercenary group, home to a small but eclectic band of characters who chose to pool their resources and assist each other in pursuit of their various personal goals. The guild has grown since those early days, going through several different leaders and hundreds of member characters. Under the guidance of our current leader, the benevolent dictator Pod Bluntbolt, Iron Wheel has lost it's cold, mercenary feel and become more like a family. We've explored forgotten ruins, battled the avatars of ancient gods, investigated brutal murders, staged assassination attempts and organised peaceful events for the rest of Azeroth to enjoy. And we're still doing it.
